The Commercial division of Extra Personnel is a specialist suppler of temporary and permanent staff across a range of secretarial, administrative, sales and managerial roles.
Candidates undergo a thorough assessment of their skill set. Extra Personnel use bespoke candidate assessment system, which has been created exclusively for Extra Personnel called Extra Skills™. This system assess a variety of skills from typing speeds, data input accuracy and listening skills through to software proficiency. As well as these standard procedures, Extra Personnel can offer bespoke skills testing, psychometric testing, role-play and on-site project management assessment days.
